Returns Policy

General Returns

We are committed to the quality of our products, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Please ensure that the items are returned in their original condition and packaging. Note that original shipping costs and customs are not refundable. Certain exceptions and conditions apply.

Exceptions and Conditions

Returns are not accepted for products that have been installed, painted, modified, altered, or customized in any way. Items that have been damaged (such as scratches, dents, chipped paint, etc.) are also ineligible for return. Multi-pack items must be returned in full quantity. Please note that damages caused by incorrect installation or alterations by the user will void the Warranty and Return Policy.

Return Process

To initiate a return for an online order, please follow the specified return procedures. You will need your order number and a picture of each item you wish to return.

Multiple Order Returns

For returns involving multiple orders, each order must have a unique return request and a separate return label. Unique Flooring GTA is not responsible for any additional products or materials included in the return package not listed on the return request. Such items will be disposed of without issuing a refund.

Return Processing Time

Returns are typically processed within 3 business days after receipt. Once processed, we will confirm the completion of your return and issue a refund via the original payment method.

Purchases from Other Vendors

This return policy applies only to online orders placed at uniqueflooringgta.com. For items purchased from authorized retailers or Amazon, please contact the vendor for exchange and return inquiries.

Exchanges

As an e-commerce shop, we don't facilitate direct product exchanges. To exchange an item in its original condition, please follow the return procedure and place a new order for the desired item(s) at your convenience.

Shipping Issues

Damaged Products

Inspect your products upon receipt. Promptly report any product defects or damages to uniqueflooringgta@gmail.com, including photos if necessary.

Duties and Fees

Orders may be subject to duties or fees, which are charged upon delivery.

Shipping Time

Order processing takes 3 to 9 business days. You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number once your package ships.

Address Changes

To modify the shipping address, please email uniqueflooringgta@gmail.com.

Incorrect Products

If you receive a product different from your order, please contact us at uniqueflooringgta@gmail.com to resolve the issue.
